Submit additional evidence to establish that you had the financial ability to pay the offered wages as of xx/xx/xxxx and continue to have such ability. Please submit 2004 income tax records for the petitioner and w2 for the beneficiary. Please include the firm’s most recent unemployment compensation report, to include the supplement that identifies all employees and social security number.
