140 Receipt

Hi,

I am new to this board. Filed for concurrent filing (140/485/131..etc) all the same day. RD and ND - April 20th, 2004. I got the receipts from INS for the 485,131 and 765.

But no news about EAD /AP /140 recept. Filed in VSC. DOes INS send a explicit recepit for 140 in case of concurrent filing too..??

How will i know that 140 was received and how can i track it?

Does it matter EB2 /EB3 for 140? Any idea how long its taking now for 140 to be cleared.

I don't know if you filed it through your company lawyer, but my company does not give me the 140 details as its technically "owned" by them. So maybe your lawyer got the receipt but did not give it to you ?

140 Receipt sent to the lawyer.
You can get the number from your laywer.

question on AP

Hi,

I am looking at some users -like "cantstopme". I did file concurrent 140 and 485 etc - last week of April and i got a EAD very recently. What is wait time between EAD / Filing the the time we get the Parole. (approx 2 months..?)
