140 Processing time in CSC

Hi All,

I am planning to file 140 using a substitute LC. (PD is 29-AUG-2002)

Its in EB3.

The LC requires BS in Finanace and my education is B.Com and M.Com Part I from India and MBA from USA.
Will that work?


Any idea how long it is taking now to get 140 approval for this.

Given that you submit Education Evaluation stating B.COM+M.COM Part1 = BS Finance.. (the degree must have been achieved before PD)


Any idea how long it is taking now to get 140 approval for this.

substitute labour will always take ( atleast thats been the trend) longer given the fact that they need to find the original copy of the previous beneficiary.
