140 Processing on hold at VSC!!

Had to go for the title considering it is April 1st.

Anyway.... when was the last time we heared anyone getting his/her 140 approved or got RFE from VSC ?

My guess is that it was mid feb. I have been running some QA tools to check status, and there are none processed in the month of March........

I-140 NOT on hold at VSC

It seems that I-140 's are being processed in a very random fashion. Please look at the Jan-2003 concurrent filers thread and you will see that a lot of them got approved in March. It seems that they have skipped 2002 and jumped to 2003.

Category : EB2
MD:7/29/02
ND:8/5/02
AD:4/9/03
Opted for CP option hence never applied for 485.

There are many out there who think that we are weak. But the fact is that we are juggling multiple things at the same time. Even though getting a GC is of primal importance, there are many other things that precede this need. An update like this really really goes a long way.
