140 Petition - Last Updated Time

guys,

I have my 140 under labor substitution with ND: 09/07/06. I see a LUD as 09/20/06. What can that be? Please share your thoughts. I am really worried about this since it is a Labor substitution case. Case status never showed any "RFE".

If it's a RFE you ll see a message specific for RFE. LUD are common, don;t worry too much.
