140 Pending Feb 03 or before

And please update when you get the approval as they are working on Feb 03 , 140.

I-140 Pending since January 9th, 2003

Here is the info for my I-140
EB3 Concurrent
RD 01/08/2003
ND 01/09/2003
AD ??????????
This is getting me really anxious, I called BCIS ( 800 Number) and was informed that it is taking about 13 months, so call back on Feb 8, 2004 and then they can send inquiry to TSC.

Did U tell them that processing dates are showing EB3-140 have been processed upto Feb 05,2003?

If they can't do anything then ask your lawyer to send enquiry.

My only consolation is that I ran the excel query and found a whole bunch of I-140 with ND date of January 9, 2003 that are also still pending. As for calling them they just tell me that it is taking 13 months and to call back after February 8, 2004 if I still have not received any update on the case.....here is the result of the query I ran on SRC0307051030 through SRC0307052500.
I did get my access blocked couple of times while running this query but it was worth the blockage.
