140 pending, ead & ap approved,can i travel using AP?

Hi friends,

My I-140 is pending since august'03 under EB3-RIR-concurrent.
Recently my EAD,AP approved on Nov 1st week.

can i use my AP to visit india eventhough my 140 still pending?

any problem will happen at POE?

----- I would prefer to go out after I-140 approval because if I-140 is denied, AP, EAD, I-485 all will be denied. As you know many are getting RFE for 3 year BS degree and if I-140 is denied when you are out of US then you will not be able to enter US by AP.
if you have H1 visa then use H1 Visa stamp to enter, I will not take risk

I know my friend whose 140 is pending and he has ap and he visited india twice and had no problems so i guess its safe.
