140 now tkaes 15 months

According to the lady that I spoke to when I called the Customer Service No. , VSC has revicesd their estimated time to 15 months and they cannot make an inquiry before those 15 months are over. :-((((((((

got the same reply about a week ago. I think we guys are going to get our 485 approval and 140 approval together.
 
This is not exactly true. I would ask my lawyer about the date specified in the recipt notice. if the result expected date is less than current date then you can raise an enquiry. My lawyer asked me to wait more. But now I am going to tell her to raise an enquiry. Laywer generally get proper answers from Customer service center and not us.

I got the same reply late August 2003 for an inquiry made in June 2003 for I-140 application that it is currently taking 15 months. I my case it is 17 months past but still she said that I need to wait.

The I-485 ND theory does not seem to hold in my case. . I guess I'm the unfortunate one
