140 in EB3 - What is the realistic time period for approval

Hi People,
I am planning to file a new I-140 from VSC. What is the realistic time frame for getting a I-140 approval in EB3 category for majority of people these days - 60 days / 90 days / ??

Looking at the various posts...I think it might take around <= 30 days (if you are lucky) or you should be done in 60-90 days max.

Mine you can see in the signature. It's pretty fast now a days!

Assume 30 days if no RFE .... else another 45-50 days in case of RFE.
But my observation is that USCIS people take up cases in batches these days.

Best thing is to look at the excel sheet in the VSC thread and get a pattern from the recent filings/approvals/RFEs.
