>My Labour application is processed and approved with Company A.
>I-140 is applied through Company A got RFE (Jan 2008) for ability to pay,W2, Company returns.
>I-140 got denied (Apr 08) and appealed through I-290B(MTR) in Jun 08
>So far I have not heard anything about my appeal, 14 months are over.
>I am passed 6 years on H1 and got one yr extention, expiring May 2010.
>While the above is in progress, company A is filed Bankruptacy and company B is ready to provide supporting documents if required.
Q: What are my chances of getting my appeal approved
Q: Do I need to provide supporting documents well before I receive any updates on my appeal
Q: Can I start the new process simulteniously
Q: Can get extension after May 2010 on the new process.
