Hello Friends,

My case 140/485 filed on Jan 2004, concurrent filing under EB2 category, so far no approvals, even currently USCIS processing I-140 filed in FEB 2004.........I don't know whats going on..........does anybody in same situation like me.......please update this thread.

My I-140 is filed on 11 Jun 2004. I-140 - not approved.

Count me in. I am also in the same boat. NO LUD since Jan'2004
140 and 485 (EB2) RD in Jan 2004. I did not receive even first FP notice yet.
Just waiting!!

I got my first finger print notice in Nov 2004, However no update on I-140..........very frustating.............

Filed in Jan,04. since then there is No Changes in LUD's
