140 filed, employer not filing 485 what are the options? Please help

140 is filed under EB2 from VSC. Employer is not filing 485 concurrently and asking me to wait until 140 is approved (this is just to delay the process). 140 approval is almost 1 year behind from VSC. What should I do? my options are (1) find new employer with pre-approved labor (2) stay with my employer and wait for 140 approval (3) is there any other option? remember my employer won't provide me empolyment letter that is required for 485 filing. I would appreciate your suggestions. I would appreciate your help.

Take all I-140 information from your employer .. and file I485 yourself. But remember to take help from an attorney. I485 is all personal stuff while Labor Cert and I-140 is employer specific stuff. any attorney will be ready to do it for you. Best of Luck.
