Guys,

I had a lot of help from this forum, I just registered to share my info, may be it will help others.
ND Apr/07/2003 ( 140/485/EAD/AP applied concurrently)

No RFE

I need another info about my EAD, I applied for my EAD renewal , but could not do it before 90 days of first EAD expiry. So My 91st day of EAD renewal application will be 1 week after the first one expires. What should I do this 1 week ? Will taking vacation suffice ? I have carryover vacation which I earned during H1 time last year.
Does anyone have any experience with Chicago District office for walk-in interim EAD ? Do I need an appointment ?

First of all Conratulations. Secondly If you are trying to take iEAD then approval of your I-140 is good and you can take it with you for iEAd as a proof even 7 days earlier. Should not be a problem. Which area are you from? Some areas are nicer about iEADs

I live in Chicago area.

Also I got the 140 approval 14 days after the 2nd EAD renewal receipt date. Don't know if that triggered. Also lot of 140's are getting approved this month.
