140 and 485 concurrent filing for PP.

BTW, when can I get AP and EAD after 140 is approved? Can I see the receipt number for 485?

First off, congratulations on your I-140 approval! The major hurdle is out of the way.

I assume you have filed the whole package: I-140, I-485, I-131 and I-765. You should be able to see receipt numbers for all your applications (I-485, I-131 and I-765) printed on the back of corresponding fee checks, when they clear your bank. Then you can set up your online portfolio at https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/index.jsp where you can view LUDs, sign up for e-mail notifications, etc.

AP and EAD approvals have nothing to do with your I-140 approval. They have everything to do with their RD. Assuming the RD is 10/6/2006, theoretically you might have a few months to wait, as right now TSC is officially (https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/Processtimes.jsp?SeviceCenter=Texas) processing AP and EAD cases from July. However, TSC is a very fast service center and often adjudicates cases before posted time. So keep your fingers crossed! Good luck!

Good job foosball!
I am just wondering if you share with us your credentials. Was this EB1-EA or EB1-OR? Was this e-filed or mailed? self-petition or by a lawyer?
Thanks and wish you best for the rest of your GC processing...
