140/EAD/485 Concurrent fillers OR Experts

Experts pl post your opinion.
I am close to 90 days of all RD's, till now not recieved 140 or EAD. Without having 140 approval can I walkin to any of the INS offices and get the EAD after 90 days of the reciept date.? Does Memphis INS has the same day EAD approvals?
 
Based on 485 Receipt U can demand interim EAD. But remember that your 140 have to go through a prelimnary scrutiny before EAD can be issued. So U might not get EAD in one day.
