Hi guys,
In light of the retrogression, for those who get their 485 before January will be very lucky. Otherwise they need to wait for a long long time.

Iam creating this thread to track all the cases whose I140 is cleared but waiting on I485 (No approval, no RFE). Lets see if there is any common thing among us which caused them not to approve concurrently. Please post priority dates also.

My I140 ND 11/04/03 AD 12/09/04
I485 ND 11/17/03
PD 05/10/03
 
Hi,

I thought the concept, retrogression, applies to only people who did not apply for I-485 before the end of this month. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Is this really true for already approved I 140 too ? Then what about concurrent I 140 and I 485 approval ? I thought that I 140 would not have been processed till I 485 was ready to process.

But lately we have not seen concurrent apporval, I mean some of the guys lucked out in a sense, there I 485 was approved on the same day or after few days of I 140 approval

After Rfe response was received there was change in LUD for 3 days. But nothing happened since then

I think i have to pull out of this thread as my 485 was approved today and received the emails at 4:00pm est. I-140 was approved yeaterday.

Goodluck to all the folks waiting for their 485's.
