140 denied...three year degree, please help

I am on 7th year of my H1B and received 140 denial notice due to three year degree. Mine is a Sub Labor. What are my options now? Attorney is advising on going to University here in USA. Any information is sincerely appreciated.

Can you be more specific like what was the category, service center, your background etc. And what was the job requirement?
Based on this you may be able to appeal.

IMO, even if you attend the university now to do further studies, you will not be able to saisfy the condition for LC because you need to be eligible on the date of the substiution/PD.

You definitely need to appeal to get 8th year H1 extension. Do it based on evaluation equating your 3 year degree to 4 year degree from US. Also file another LC now to cover you incase the appeal gets denied.
