140 denied- ability to pay

Hi ALL,

I have applied for I40 with a company that I am not working for right now(future employment),got rejected on the basis of ability to pay.Will the current I140 that I have applied with the current company that I am working gets affected.?do the USCIS verify my past 140 records ..?.Appreciate any response..

On 'Ability to Pay' issue, I-140s filed by other employers shold not get affected.
