I am so thrilled to see the approval notice today (EB2 RD Feb 22nd 2005). Wasn't expecting this so quick. But, this is such a relief for me after waiting 3 years for my labor approval.I have updated my signature with the approval date. Good luck to everybody in this forum.

Congratulations. However this processing by PD looks more like an exception than the rule as there are others that still out there with older PD's. It is good as long as they do some work.

140 will go to attorney also. You can request them a copy. But you talk to paralegal starting now and request for a copy.
