140 Approved

I can't stop myself from looking at those magic words over and over again!

So, my I-140 has been approved as of March 15th, 2004.

ND - January 30th, 2003 (EAC03091XXXXX)

EB3, labor substitute, concurrent filing, no RFEs.

I have to admit I might be wrong saying there is no correlation between EAD renewal and I-140... I-140 approval came just one week after the EAD renewal approval.

Thanks, guys!

Regarding the LC match - hard to say, I never saw the LC. But the lawyer asked me to "emphasize" some experience in the resume and the reference letters, so I guess it was pretty close...

Good luck to anyone who are still waiting for I-140 approvals!!!

I am in the line too. EB2 LC Substitution RD/ND JAN 25, 2003.

EAD/AP ND Dec 04, 2004.

LC needed MS; as 2001; I had MS ( CS) way back in 95.

Anytime soon ?? Keeping my things crossed !
