Hi everyone,
Finally, my I140 got approved on 1/20/2005 ( Rd: 09/2003). My 485 RD: 1/8/2004. I got laid off in May, 2004. I guess my ex-employer & atterney won't give me the approval letter because they are not willing to help me at all. Here is my questions:
(1) At this point, is there any problem if I AC21 in the future without 140 approval letter?
(2) Is there any way that i can get this approval letter?
(3) when the ex-employer find out my I140 get approved, can they send revoke letter to INS again? Am i in safe situation now?

Thank you very much.

---for use of AC21 you dont need I-140 approval notice
(2) Is there any way that i can get this approval letter?
-----use FOIA
(3) when the ex-employer find out my I140 get approved, can they send revoke letter to INS again? Am i in safe situation now?
------- employer CAN send letter to revoke I-140 any time but if your I-485 is pending more than 180 days then employer sends letter to revoke I-140 then USCIS will not revoke the I-140, if you provide the new job offer letter or use AC21. If your I-485 pending has hit 180 days then no problem, if I-485 pending has not hit 180 days and employer sends letter to revoke I-140 then problem
Thank you very much.

Hi ginnu,
thank you for your reply. I feel more safe now because i was so worried if my ex-employer send the revoked letter to INS again.
hope 485 can get approved soon.
