140 approved twice

Hello,

My I 140 has approved re-approved again on Aug 11 2005. Funny thing is it had earlier approved in last year 2004 June 06. I see the status message like ‘This case has been approved. On August 11, 2005, an approval notice was mailed.. ‘ . How does it possible? Is any one has similar kind of situation?

I think you might have had an LUD on your approved I-140 without any message change.
I had the same experience, my I-140 was aproved 6 months back and i had an LUD last week without any message change, i have no idea what is going on and why there was an LUD on approved I-140.

How many times it gets approved, you can be happy only once. Isnt it. As the other person said it might just be the LUD change with no change in message.

Not only my LUD changed but status message also changed to 'This case has been approved. On August 11, 2005, an approval notice was mailed.. '. I guess I might as well wait for 14 more days to see if they are going to send a physical approval notice. Please see my correct signature.

Could be... Just a guess

Folks,

Immigration-law.com says that even though the visa numbers are unavailable for EB3 applicats lot of EB3-I485 cases are being processed as regular and keeping them ready for adjucation and once the visa numbers are available in Oct. 05 there might be lot of approvals...

The websites says that the LUDs, getting FP notices, RFEs is a good sign...

So relax, pray for good.

Suddenly after long time, I 140 LUD change

I 140 LUD Change :confused:

My I 140 was approved on Dec 2004 and today there was a LUD change on I 140..

Any Idea ? Why our LUD's changed?? Any one got any new information, Please post here ....
