140 approved,received EAD,FP reviewed..waiting for I485 approval

Hi All,

I see the following information on my case status,

On December 1, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485
Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received,
and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further
action is needed, or when a decision is made.

LC filed, June 2002
LC Approved July 2003

140/485 filed, March 2004
EAD Approved-June 2004
140 Approved-Aug 2004

any ideas when will I get my I485 approval???? just curious......

I am also at the same stage & waiting:
140/485 filed 03/08/04
140 Approved with RFE 11/10/04
FP done 11/19/04; LUD 11/30/04

My lawyer was saying that some of I485 2004 cases have been approved after one week of FP.

Pray for the best & wait.

yes, even I heard the same. Should be approved with in a month.

Hi! Did you do an early FP?
 
got an RFE ...

* Employment verification
* tax returns for past 2 yrs
* pay stubs for past 2 months
* school/early certificate showing birth date & name . 2 affidavit's of birth certificate.
