Whooaaahhhh!!! What a relief!! My 140 application got approved today. ND Jul 18, 03. I have been waiting to post it here :)

Wishing you all good luck with speedier approval. It's been a damn long wait, but definitely worth it. I am almost in tears...

Congrats!

Do you mind letting us know the category of your I-140 and first several digits of your EAC number, such as EAC03210XXXXX?

Its EB3 and EAC0321xxxxx

all other details are in the 2003 tracker...

Thanks guys! It's a great relief. I plan to stay in this forum, this tracker has everything, I might take this tracker sheet to the 485 forum or direct those guys to use this tracker here, let's see. But yes, if someone steps up to my role, that will be good, it will help the transistion if need be.

I485-> ??/??/????
 
No RFE's on 140, but I got an RFE on my H1 renewal (details of previous employment etc) and both H1 renewal and 140 got approved on the same day, not sure if it triggerred it.

There's a 2 year wait on 485 now... :(
