Guys,
I got my I140 approved. Just got an email (11 pm) thes guys must be working overtime or its an automated system.
My lawyer opened a status enquiry on 5/19/2004 and I got a response on July 2nd that I should wait for 60 days to get a resopnse abt the status.
My ND May 2nd 2003 EB2 RIR
Concurrent
FP Done March 16th 2004
No status\LUD change on 485.
 
Only u r lawyer/employer can open it. Just call them and ask them open a status enquiry or u can contact your local senator
