140 Approved, 485 RFE, No change in LUD for Spouse 485

Hi all,
My I-140 was approved on Nov 22, 2004. And got RFE for my I-485. There is no chnage in status or LUD on my wife's I-485.

I still awaiting the details of RFE from my lawyer.

Our company is pretty big, so I dont think it is ability to pay. Also, I had submitted all W2's with the application.

I do have a pending H1 amendment pending for transfer to another business unit of my sponsering company. I am wondering if this trigggered the RFE.

Any thoughts will be appreciated.
