Just now i have received an email from USCIS that my I 140 has been approved. This is the LUD change on my case after 4/27/2004 , even though we have given FP on 10/30/2004 , Good luck for everyone's approval and waiting for 485. Today Morning i have received my 9 th year extension which is applied on Dec 29 2004. Evening i have received 140 approval. Thank god for this and bless me for 485 also.

I Did not send any inquiry and i thought about sending an inquiry but did not do that and i cannot do that also beacuse TSC is processing 4/27/04 and my case is 4/16/2004 and i have to wait for atleast 30 days for an inquiry, Maybe you can ask your employer or lawyer to raise an inquiry.
