Mine was EB2, My lawyer initiated two inquiries for my 140, but both of them were unanswered. Then they made another inquiry through some thing called AILA, that is the trigger to approval of my 140 and 485.
I didn't get any RFE, i expected some kind of RFE on my 140 about my company, But i didn't get any.
I hope this helps you guys to keep hopes.

Can somebody explain what is AC21 ?

Can I switch to a new employer when I get my 140 approved ?

"180 days" is this a timeframe after filing 485 or after 140 approval.
