Hi

I have applied for I 140 & 485 separately at NSC. I have heard that if we do it individually I140 takes longer time. Is that true? I also see that the current processing for I140 had already crossed my application date (Apr 03) but there was no response on my application.

Any suggestions? Please let me know.

It depends on ypur luck. Right now they are giving priority all but EB3 concurrent. So you may the lucky one.

----- You or your lawyer should ask for the update as NSC processing I-140 filed in august, October, December, jan2004. Many who filed in September are still waiting USCIS has no consistency
