140/485 with RD/ND of late 2004

I think process has become so fast that those with 140/485 as late as October and November are getting to FP recvd stages.

Hence this is a Tracker for people with RD/ND after Oct 2004.
My time lines are below at my signature.

Any one else in similar boat ?

Any Prediction on my case ? Experts please.
 
Experts please predict, will I have to wait for a while to get my 485 Approval
since my 140/485 ND is Nov 22 ?

Is it too early to expect it ?
 
I think VSC (supposing that your case is there) is working on March-April 2004 cases, so you might have a few months to wait. But you never know after FP what can happen. Could be anytime
 
It does not necessarily mean anything

My 140/485 ND is mid-Dec. 04, I got 140 approved early Jan and FP done (with LUD update) early March. I cannot see any pattern why my 140 is so quick--very random. So I guess we just have to wait.

may be we 2 should keep in touch since our NDs are only one month apart.

I just found, there is a seperate thread for 140/485 with RD/ND December 2004 which is applicable for us.

I filed for I-140/I-485/EAD/AP RD 11/2004, ND 12/2004

Got RFE for EAD and AP for colour passport copies.

I got my I-140 approved in 01/2005 :) ( That was pretty fast, 45 days after ND)

EAD ,AP approved 02/2005 :)

No finger printing yet. No LUD change in my 485 since 12/2004.Spouse LUD changed for I-485 after the I-140 approval. After that no LUD change. :confused:

I see many with RD/ND after Nov/Dec 2004 getting FP notices.I havent got it yet though..Is this becos of the workload at the ASC in my area.

Experts please advice.

Can you post the December 2004 RD/ND thread for 485. My ND : 12/13/2004.
 
Most progress among our time boat is FP done and received.

Lets see any one of us gets 485 approval from this lot , and then others can realistically start expecting their 485 approval.

Folks please keep updating, lets stick together
( all folks with 140/485 ND after October 2004 )
 
I am a separate filer and my 485 was file in November. I figured I'll put my name in this thread. Details are in my signature.

Can you post your eaxct ND on I-485. Your signature says it is May 2004 and the RD is May 26. My RD is May 18 and ND is May 20, 2004.
What is the current status that the online msg says?
I am planning to start a thread soon for May 2004 filers.

mid-Nov 2004 concurrent 140/485 - 140 AD, FP done

My I-140/485 are filed concurrently in mid-Nov 2004. Did FP on 3/11 and there's an LUD about FP results received on 3/16/05

I 140/485 concurrent self (EB3)
RD 11/15/04 ND 11/22/04
I 140 AD 2/1/05 :)
FP/Biometrics 3/11/05 :cool:

Kiran,
after "FP received, case resume Blah..." I have had 2 LUDs ( may be One of them since I updated my change of address )
