140/485 with a copy of labor cert.

I filed my 140 with a copy of the labor on Oct 3, 2005. So far the case is not approved and what I found is that they requested DOL for the original. Anybody is in the same boat as I am. Also anybody know how long does it take for the DOL to respond back?
