140/485 LUD changes - TSC (tracker)

This thread is for folks that sent an RFE response and have seen LUD changes to either 140 or 485 .. Please respond..Helps others in anxiety..

485 ND : 12/21/2004

140 NOID : 10/11/2005 (A2P)
140 response : 11/14 (LUD : 11/14,11/15,11/23)
485 : LUD (11/23)

No approval or denial yet..
 
Did you see any change in the message on 11/23 LUD change?

Today I see LUD on my I140 and I485 fromVSC. What does this mean?

I got NOID 4 months back and responded to it 3 months back and today I see LUD changed on I140 and I485 (both mine and my wife)

Does this mean going to receive Denial on I140and 485.. but no change on EAD orAP...

Please response...

Interesting... Please post approval / denial here.. If it is a denial , you will get notices within 2 weeks. However, I have not received anything although almost a month passed.

No message change on either app on 11/23 , only LUD change. EAD and AP dont get an LUD upon denial..thats what i gather from forum

Did you case have a chance for approval ? what are you expecting ?
 
140 denied

my 140 was denied due to a2p after replying to NOID.We had used accrual basis tax returns at TSC , but still got denied

Banking on appeal

Labor PD : 02/2003
140 / 485 RD : 12/17/2004
NOID : 10/19/2005 (reply sent after valuable guidance from UN - thanks UN)
denied : 11/30/2005
290-B filed 12/22/2005

hoping for whatever remains :(
 
What is LUD ??

I'm new to the I-140 discussion forum, See there are multiple reference to LUD.. Surfed through the forums, but could not find any details.
What is LUD??

bottomline is that now even TSC is denying a2p cases like nebraska (summing up ability to pay for all pending 140s)

so watch out when you send in financial statements
