140/485 concurrently approved in VSC?

I140 NIW approval

I just had my EB2 self-petition I140 approved. Had concurrently filed I485 but no change in LUD. FP 2/05.
 
What is your FP code? 1 or 3?

FP code

I don't know what an FP code 1 or 3 is. Can you let me know how I find out and why this is important?

Code 1 is only fingerprint, Code 3 is FP plus photo & signiture

It seems if you only have code 1 fingerprint, you still need another FP. I only did Code 1 and have no idea if I need the second FP or not. By the way, my LUD has no change either after my FP in March. It still shows the RD.
 
If you only did figureprint, you will need to do biometrics if you get approved from 485 because biometrics is for making the green card. Biometrics is done ar the same place with the figureprint.
My LUD was updated around one week after I had figureprin and biometrics and told me they recieved the figureprint reviews of the results. If you waited more than two weeks, you may contact them to be sure everything is OK.

My I485 was approved this morning.

Details:

I140/485 NIW concurrent filing: RD Aug 03
FP 2/05
I 140 Approval: April 10th, 2005
I 485 Approval: APril 14th, 2005

I'm thrilled. Worth the effort.
