Some news for everyone with my kind of dates and profile, my case was just updated in USCIS as approved and notices mailed today.

EB3 LCA state ND July 2002
DOL ND Nov 2002
LCA approved Dec 2003(or Jan 2004?)
140/485 ND early April 2004
140 RFE on ability to pay received by attorney 12/8/04
RFE reply received date(LUD) 12/15/04
140+485 AD 12/17/04
No other action taken except seeking God's help and trusting fully..

THANKS A TON TO UNITEDNATIONS, I learnt a lot from his elaborate replies to various questions about this RFE in the past: it is real service to this community. Also my sincere thanks to so many others who keep sharing their valuable experiences and opinions across this great forum.

Actually I didn't post my RFE details, I just read silently across similar cases discussed previously and found answers to mine. Please go through all of unitednations' postings, he/she is the most knowledgeable on this issue(you probably know already)
Here's what my RFE was about:
Ability to pay. They needed 1)my last 3 years' W2s 2)company's tax returns for last 3 years 3)company tax returns for 1st 3 quarters of '04 4)W2s of all employees in last 3 years.
We filed everything except #4. Reply letter mentioned there were over 70 to 80 employees every year and their W2s would be furnished if really needed. My first two W2s had about 3-5 K less than the proferred wages and last year's W2 was higher.
We also filed my latest 5-6 pay checks that showed YTD income > proferred wage for current year as well. I think this additional info furnished might have helped evaluate my 485 as well..

Thanks, I will. You have a point here, they are real quick with post-RFE processing.
I just noticed you are still waiting for 485 approval. I wish you all the luck and God's blessings in getting approval very soon..

Thanks. Sorry I don't have the copy of it with me, but I vaguely remember it's something like 194 or so..
