140/485 and medical tests

when we applied for 140/485 last year, my wife was pregnant. so she couldn't take all those shots. would that affect our 140 or 485 processing in anyway?

should she take the remaining shots and send out the medical report?

even after repeatedly bugging my attorney about this last year, she kept saying its not necessary to send remaining medial report.

My case was approved today with no approval for my wife.
She didn't file her medical report as though now, 2 years after, she passed the exam and we keep her sealed envilope at home.

I've heard that it's useless to mail it voluntarily, most likely it would get lost.
Some guys receiver RFE for that, some just brought it to the interview.

I will wait for a while, then start pushing them. I will post my experience here later.
