RFE was raised for me and wife both.

My wife was pregnant and had not completed her medical while filing for 485. So she had to complete the medical.

As for me, INS asked me my last 2 years :
1. Federal Tax Returns
2. All Schedules
3. All W-2s
4. All 1099s (these are interest statements from FIs)

Hi,
I am going to finish 14 months by this year end.My RD is 10/31/01.

my RD is 09/06/2001.
RFE (W2s, tax returns) was issued on Oct 31, answer received by the INS on Nov14th. Their website updated on Nov15th.
I hope i don't have to wait 540 days from Nov15th
