I am a US citizen living in United Kingdom, my fiancee is a Canadian citizen also living/working in UK. We were dating/living/working in US, her on TN visa, and me (US is my country of nationality) when we met, but moved to UK a year later.
Can I marry her abroad or does it have to be in US?
Which form should i fill out for us/her (129 or 130 visa)?
Which document needs to be filled out prior to marriage?
Even though we dont live in US does she gain US citizenship and/or greencard?
What is the processing time for these events?

Thanks,

Matthew

First of all, you can marry out side the US. It depends what you want to do. If you want to marry now, do so, and then file I-130 and if you want K-3. If you want to marry in US, then you file I-129F. If not in US, no documents need to be filed besides thouse to get married in the country your at.
If everything goes ok, she'll get a green card, and in three years can file for citizenship.
The processing time depends on a case.
Some get processed I-130 faster than 129F or K-3, some don't.
