Hi,

I'm a USC and I want to apply for green card for my brother and his wife with Indian passports.

- What is the time line ?
- Does it matter which state I live ?
- I assume, I apply for my brother and when he does his AOS, he can add his wife in the petition.
- Do they need to be present US to take biometrics or can they do it from India ?

A2: It does not matter which state you live in.
A3: AOS is for people already inside the US. Where is your brother living right now?
A4: If they are living in India, they will go through the entire process using the nearest US consulate.
