Approved: 13th July'04 :D :D :D

USCIS sent a notice to the company suggesting a change in category. They said that the job as advertized does not require a masters degree or 5 years exp. Hence the job does not qualify as EB2 but may qualify for EB3. They attached a second piece of paper that had a sentence like "I accept .. blah blah blah" to be signed and returned.

I do not understnad the need to generate a RFE for such a simple issue. Who would be stupid enough not to accept that? the category is immaterial for the applicant when it is approved.
