Friends,
MY 140 approved today. I have been waiting for my tutn to post approval news from long long time.
It took about 14 months for approval.

Thanks to all the forum members for their honest/genuine advises.

RD/ND 140,485 on 12/02/03
485 still pending.
My self and spouse both are from India. but our daughter is not from retrogression-effected countries.
Any guesses if they at least process her 485.

NSC is just so slow. It takes 14 months for them to process I140. This process speed cannot survive in the business world.
 
12/04/03 receipt date I140 (EB3) approved on 02/02/05

Hi guys,

My I-140 was approved on 02/02/05.

EB3
Receipt Date: 12/04/03
Approval Date: 02/02/05

I485 receipt date (spouse & myself): 01-14-04
EAD & AP (spouse & myself) : 1st renewal approved.
waiting on i485 approval

If the petition to adjust the status I485 is on your name (as the petitioner), they won't process. However, good luck. NSC do not seems to be well organized.
