Hi All,

After a long time, I am finally approved, I had almost given up!

I never moved nor changed addresses, no REFs!

After my lawyer & I initiated 6 status inqueries between us unsuccessfully, my lawyer decided one month ago to use the AILA liaison office at VSC to investigate what was the hold-up in my case. Things started picking up about 14 days ago when my lawyer said my case was under review.

Thanks to everybody on the site for making me feel I was not alone!

Never give up the hope!111

Congratulations airDD. Your date is same as mine. I approached senator and they said, I will hear something before this month end. My lawyer stinks, she never bother to approach AILA and ask my case status. Anyway congrates again. Enjoy.
 
Stamped

Stamped :D today in Orange County, CA.

Made an appointment online using InfoPass.

Gave my passport, notice and pix after 30 minutes.

After an hour got my passport back stamped.

It is finally all over :cool:

Congratulations!

So you waited for a month (after receiving the approval notice) to do the PPS. Why? Just curious... :)

First time, I had no appointment and I was chased away
Next available appointment time was 1 week later, I missed it because my plane had to make an emergency landing some where else.

Next available appointment time was 2 weeks later today :)
