10k quota for FY 2003: Approved!!

Today October 16, 2002 President Bush signed the Presidential Determination No 2003-02 authorizing the refugee admissions for FY 2003 and the 10,000 quota for asylees.
Now, the INS is officialy authorized to adjudicate the 10,000 visas for asylees. Copy of the Presidential Determination is attached. This is the link:
