Dear Sir:

May I ask for your help to answer this question? Thanks in advance.

My daughter of 10-year-old landed in Canada for 4 days with PR card in March, 2006. Since then, she lived in China for elementary school study and never come back. This July I plan for her to come back in July, (3 years have past), and intend to apply for B-2 visa for her to travel to Disney to USA during summer vocation.

I myself already have legal access to USA without needs of B-2 visa. I am worried because she only stayed in Canada for 4 days in past 3 years.

Do you think she will be denied if I take her for interview in US consulate? She is only 10-year-old, does she need to be asked or interviewed ?
How should we handle this issue ?

Thank so much for your assistance.

Have a good day.

This is off topic but in order to keep her Canadian PR status intact, she should have been back in Canada by March 2009.

The US consulate will decide whether to interview her or not. They will decide whether to issue her a visa or not. You handle the situation by submitting a DS-156 and awaiting the outcome.
