If i overstay my visitors visa and get a 10 year ban what would happen if i decded to marry an american citizen? Could the ban be lifted? Also i wanted to know what rights would i have if i had a child to an american citizen but we were not married who would be the legal guardian and could that person take the child out of the country.

If you got 10 years ban and already deported, you can not come back next 10 years even though you are married to US citizen. If you marry before you go out of the US, you can get GC UNLESS you travel before you got GC.
You do not get any "right" with US citizen child under 21 year old.
