10 March deadline? Yeah, right

It occured to me that USCIS does not have to do any "swipes" to find namcheck cases subject for approval. This is why: "If case gets in a way, we'll approve it. If case does not get in a way applicant will call after March, 10 and submit SR so we'll now about it.". :)

So what exactly is this sweep? Is there anyway we can call and find out from NSC if the case has been marked by the sweep. I have missed the bus so many times and I want to make sure that I get on this time because dates are expected to move for EB2 India in April.

So, March 10th turned out to be piece of BS. I generously give NSC time till the end of month to make it up to us. However, I doubt they will.

What do you think can be done?

What do you think can be done so that they pick up older files. I just feel that they are so lazy to retrieve the old boxes that are covered with dust and probably stored in some dark very remote room

where does the March 10th deadline come from? Their press release specified 'most cases pending to be adjudicated by mid-March'... and even then one should expect some time to pass before they contact you...

regarding the actions to make USCIS to pick up your case, how about WOM? I filed it, and that triggered at least some activity on their end, ie I already got two RFEs... not sure where it leads to yet, since my FPs are expired and i have not gotten an appointment yet, so i still think iam stuck... could be because I filed it only after 18 months after filing, while the lawyer recommended to wait for 2 years....

are not they used up??

As my understanding that EB2 india visa numbers are used for the rest of the year right??
