EB1, China, rd=9/29/9, nd=10/7/99. Waiting for FP. Because the increase of H-1B, the I-485 may take looooooooooooooger time.

Eb2 ND 10/6/99 PD current India no FP yet. It seems that they will sent FP at the time of processing your application.

I485 RD:12/99, EB2 - RIR - INDIA, PD: CURRENT, NO FP yet.
Is consular processing feasible at this point. Also, I was told
that VSC will currently focus on H1\'s and not I485\'s until 2001, Is this true ? Any suggestions ?

Still no FP. Lawyer called up IIO and was told it is going to be another month before they issue a FP notice. I still do not understand why the delay. What kind of backlogs are they talking about.
