new rus. I somehow guessed you were from Russia. Other russians whom I worked with also got their cases transferred. But they were called for interviews in 2 to 3 months time, in VA. I guess it should be the same with you too.

Don\'t worry about it. I know its a big shit to see this happen. You will get it approved sooner than you think.

Thanks to everybody. Ufffh. It hurts. I can\'t find anybody transfered on this forum. May be somebody knows e-mails, links to forums with transfer victims.
 
Spouse Case Transferred to Newark.

While my case got approved, ND Dec 18th, Spouse\'s case was transfeered for interview to Newark yesterday. Could you tell me the phone number for Newark local office. The number I got from AVM does not seem to work.
 
I don\'t know. They give some disconnected phone number.

I am waiting for some notices from VSC or Newark INS to start calling them up.
Can we inform each other about interview dates? What is your wife RD/ND.

my case has been transefred on 10/18/01 to Newark and Teterboro ( according to AVM). Recently they sent me RFE asking my paystubs and employer letter. I sent them, but now they transfered my case to local office.

RFE: last week in September

can you tell your opinions, I don\'t want your speculations, already I am depressed ( transferd to local after RFE)

Looks like you are the first in the line.
My RD/ND 11/20 and 12/9. I heard the same message on AVM. My lawyer tell me wait, until transfer note is come, then start doing something.
So far no messages, no notices.
