10,000 per year

How many of you think that BCIS process 10,000 per year, they have hardly moved in last 3 months since Oct 1, and they are only left with 9 months to go. I believe 10,000 is a large number, and if they process 27 cases per day. It is almost end of the year, and cases from Nov & Dec 1999 are still pending.
What do you guys think?

Like most people, they tend to act only when the deadline approaches. They approve most cases in the last few months of the fiscal year.

Since the AILF lawsuit was filed, they have approved the maximum number of cases each year.
