My labor cert. was approved yesterday and my H1 is expiring Dec 15th.
To little time for me to concurrently file 140/485/EAD/AP. If I do then there is a good possibility that i wouldn't be able to work for a month because EAD will take at least 6 weeks to arrive.
Can I get an annual increment based on the "approved" labor cert. It was filed in October 2002 (> 365 days). My last H1B extension was based on labor cert pending for > 365 days.
Any input on this will be appreciated.
