I was reading a post and realised that Elhaix got rejected for a 3 year TN. Do 3 year TN requests get scrutinized more than the 1 year? My company lawyer had adviced that I go for a 1 year TN since I have an H1B approval notice but I requested for a 3 year offer lette as I can then get my H1B anytime in the next 3 years. But now I am a bit nervous reading that rejection post.
